The Hydraulic type of drive, is usually used for hot forging and sometimes for deep drawing. It can also be used for other techniques of sheet metal shaping and forming. Hydraulic drive differs from the other mechanical type of drives by the mechanism that is used to create force. By operating one or more hydraulic cylinders and on the basis of the sum of the products between the oil pressure and the active hydraulic plunger surfaces, the force on the slide is created.
The maximum nominal force, which depends on the maximum permissible oil pressure, is constant regardless of the slide position (UTP/ BDP).
In our programme, specific hydraulic press can produce strokes with nominal force value ranging from 10000–30000 kN.
